      1. We provide easy entry to the association and industry for YP's through networking events.
  3. S.W.O.T. Analysis - strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and treats
    1. Strengths:
      1. Good party planners/fun
      2. Great tours
      3. Inclusive
      4. Flexibility and elasticity to grow the group
      5. Out of the box thinking
    2. Weaknesses:
      1. Location (chicago-centric)

          1. example: how can someone go back to their boss and prove that they will get something by attending a YP event

        1. ACTION: Lisa will follow up with the T-CON committee will be YP stamp approved
        2. ACTION: Lisa to let DSS local rep that YP's will not be participating at DSS
    2. Develop a look and feel for messages so people know who it's coming from
      1. "YP stamp of approval" - with graphic stamp of approval
        1. ACTION: Cameron to work on a logo development for "YP stamp of approval"
