Water Loss Control Triumphs: A Peer-to-Peer Storytelling Series

This webinar is worth .5 Professional Development Hours for Engineers as well as Renewal Training Credit hours for water operators.

WEBINAR TYPE:
Technical Webinar

IEPA#:7245

SUMMARY: Water loss control is a growing issue for many utilities across the country. Ten years ago EPA estimated that by 2020 the deteriorating age and condition of nearly half the water and sewer pipes in the US would be considered "poor,” "very poor,” or "life elapsed.” Water loss from failing infrastructure, faulty metering, and flat-out theft leads to lost revenue for utilities and potentially higher rates for consumers. Please join us for the first in a series of webinars to hear how peers from across the country and region have been successful in managing water loss, and how you can be too. Hosted by the Water Efficiency Committee, this 30-minute lunch hour webinar is sure to inform and inspire.
