TOPIC: Effective Backflow Programs, IEPA Title 35 - What it says in plain English - Learn how to effectively develop, implement, and enforce an effective cross-connection control program that meets all of the Illinois EPA requirements. Cross-Connection inspections, surveys and record keeping are the three key elements of all effective backflow prevention programs, how does each element relate to the others and how do you move forward from where you are.

INSTRUCTOR: Mike Eisenhauer & Dan Eisenhauer, BSI Online

IMPORTANT INFO & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Registration closes Monday, November 9, 2015 for security purposes
  • NO ONSITE REGISTRATION WILL BE PERMITTED
  • Carpooling is encouraged but parking will be in the visitors lot at the top of the hill near the flagpoles. The police will direct all drivers to the lot as they pass through the guard station. • Wear something comfortable for chilly temperatures (not as cold as outside but still chilly) and comfortable, closed-toed shoes. No high heels or flip flops.
    • Attendees will be provided with hardhats. If you have your own you may bring it.

OPTIONAL TOUR: After the seminar, an optional tour of Jardine will be offered. Limited spots available. Tour participation will be on a first-come, first-served basis. The tour will NOT be worth credit hours.
