Offer diversity training for the committee chairs - how to evaluate the committee needs (skills, tools, etc.) and how to search out those skills and goals. Give case studies on how including diversity in committees broadens the resources of the committee makeup.

Laurie - consider combining the diversity and yp room into the yp room.
