o Dealing with the issue of demand management vs revenue desires

o Rates studies that incorporate all aspects of revenue requirements, demand management and infrastructure reinvestment

o Have Franklin Park present its rate increase story that engaged citizens in the decision

o Idea was to have utilities present case studies about tackling these issues

· IEPA water loss training initiative

o Do follow-up and case studies on utilities that did the training

o Possibly have a panel next year of utilities who went through the training

5. July issue of Splash

The July issue of Splash will be all about Water Efficiency. Our committee will need to provide content for this issue - Ermin and Margaret have agreed to lead this initiative and compile content together. The group had a good discussion about what we could include:

· Formatted versions of the WaterSaver Award applicants (Margaret Schneemann)

· A write-up about the IEPA training experience (John Dillon)
