Danika Owen

Danika began working at Aqua in 2005 and in 2014 joined the Aqua Illinois Management Team as the Aqua Illinois Customer Service Manager. Danika works closely throughout the state to ensure each division’s Customer Operations Metrics are reviewed and achieved on a monthly basis.  Danika has been able to assess divisional needs, identify training and coaching opportunities as well as develop and implement more effective business practices. She has created various reports demonstrating staffing needs and trends. 

Danika is a member of ISAWWA and ISAWWA Young Professionals. She is a graduate of Saint Joseph’s University and is currently pursuing her MBA in Business Intelligence.
