SUMMARY: Water, labor, the economy… Every day, utility managers are required to make important choices to manage a pool of ever changing resources. And with this added pressure comes an increased requirement for decisions that are based on the most accurate, consistent, and timely information. Commercial and residential metering technologies, as well as Automated Metering Infrastructure have proven to be a key source of this data. This presentation will explore how these technologies can be selected, deployed, and used to efficiently manage resources and improve communication and service for utilities and their customers.
