| (a) Before 1976, a person was elected to the Board as a Junior Trustee and progressed to Intermediate Trustee, Senior Trustee, Vice Chairman and Chair. In 1976, District Trustees were elected and replaced the Junior, Intermediate and Senior Trustee positions. One trustee each year may be elected to the position of Vice-Chair.
