|WATERCON2015 Silent Auction|
Wednesday, March 25th 2015
We will be holding the Water for People Silent Auction on Wednesday March 25th.
Last year between the Silent Auction, the 50/50 raffle, and other events we were able to raise $7400.00 for Water for People. This year we hope to raise even more than last year. With your help, we hope to achieve this goal. Please consider donating to this worthy cause. We will gladly accept any donated item from our exhibitors and from any member that is willing to participate in the auction. We do ask to have the item at a $25.00 minimum value and please do not donate items with your company logos on them. In the past we have had sporting tickets events, sporting items, camping items, power tools, I-pods, digital cameras, TV’s, gift cards, gift baskets, and homemade wines donated.
Use your imagination and please donate!
If you find you do not have time to "go shopping" for a Water for People Silent Auction item. The WFP Committee will "shop" for your item value of $50.00 or more, depending on the amount of donation you purchased, and bring that item to WATERCON and put it in your booth. This will save you some time for shopping and trying to decide on the best item and will also help to increase participation in the silent auction. If you purchase 2 - $50.00 donations, the item value will be $100, etc. To use this service please go to http://tinyurl.com/WFPSilentAuction.
If you have any questions you can contact Dennis Ross at firstname.lastname@example.org. Dennis will be visiting each of the booths Tuesday morning, March 18th, with a welcome letter and further information about the Water for People Silent Auction.
Thank you in advance for your support.
