INCREASE YOUR BOOTH TRAFFIC
Invite Your Current ProspectsEncourage your current prospects and customers to come to your booth at WATERCON 2013. Send out email, mailing or fax announcements to your lists. Tell them what booth you will be located at. Invite them to the special "invitation only" exhibit hours from 8am to 9am on Tuesday. If you would like assistance in designing an email or assistance in sending an email to your client list, we will be happy to provide design options to you.
Upload a YouTube
WATERCON 2013 has its own YouTube channel. You are encouraged to record a short video preview that will be distributed to attendees or can be sent to your customer list.

Use Social Media
Post on your LinkedIN Groups, Facebook Page or any other "group" sites that you belong to that You will be exhibiting at WATERCON 2013.
Use this logo below in your email signature to indicate that you will be an exhibitor. If you are a tweeter, use the hashtag #WATERCON2013.
Here is a sample text for you to consider: "[Insert your company name here] is excited to announce that we will be exhibiting at WATERCON 2013 from March 18th through March 20th. Exhibits open a day early now giving you more time to spend learning about new products and technology. We will be featuring [insert your product information here] and can be found at booth [your booth number].
