A REMINDERS.......TO DO's
All exhibitors shipping freight for the Illinois Section American Water Works Association Exhibit Show held at the Crowne Plaza, Springfield, on March 18 – 21, 2013 need to ship to Springfield Van and Storage Co., 1500 E. Knotts Street, Springfield, IL 62703 between February 20 and March 11, 2013.
The freight needs to be shipped to arrive between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Shipments will be received and stored in advance and delivered to your booth. All packages must have your assigned Booth number written on the outside of the package and ISAWWA Crowne Plaza. At the conclusion of the show, it is the exhibitor’s responsibility to arrange for a common carrier to pick up freight at the Crowne Plaza.(3100 Dirksen Parkway, Springfield, IL 62703).
Here is the form you need to complete IN ADVANCE of shipping to notify the freight company that you are shipping materials and what booth they shall be delivered to.

EXHIBIT SET UP HOURS - Sunday afternoon/evening or Monday morning
- Booth numbers 900-1100 can set up from 4:30pm - 8pm on Sunday, March 17th, 2013
- All other booths can set up from 2pm - 8pm on Sunday, March 17th, 2013
- All booths can set up from 8am to noon on Monday, March 18th, 2013
Booths not set up by noon on Monday, March 18th are subject to cancellation with no refund. If you have an emergency that needs a late setup time, notify the Executive Director at email@example.com
Name tags for all booth personnel are being mailed on February 25th. All booth personnel need to be registered and display a nametag at all times. This is the first year of requiring a separate registration for booth personnel. If you need to register your personnel, here is the link. ELECTRICITY - CARPET - SIGNS
The exhibit hall is carpeted and each booth will be furnished with access to electricity. Please bring a power strip or extension cord. Electricity furnished is typical to run a computer or lights. If you are running something that draws more electricity, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with information on what you are requesting. There may be an additional charge for specific electrical needs.
Booth signage included in with the booth setup. Your booth number will be noted so that you can determine you are in the correct booth upon arrival.
In booth promotions such as dropping a business card for a door prize or other free promotions are allowed as long as the exhibiting company is also participating in the Water for People Silent Auction.
Exhibitors are not allowed to "sell chances or raffles" in their booths. You are allowed to give them away to participants or have contests for participants to enter that do not have any financial commitment required.
All booth promotions must be contained within your booth space and not infringe upon neighboring booths.
