Call for Water Loss Audit Trainers!
Share |
The IEPA is sponsoring Water Loss Audit training to provide free training on a useful tool for utilities to use to better understand their water systems.   The training will be based on the AWWA M36 Water Audits and Loss Control manual.  Each training session will be a full-day and consist of a morning lecture and afternoon hands-on using the AWWA Water Loss Audit software.  The training will be held throughout the state and will be provided by Illinois Section AWWA and Illinois Rural Water Association.

ISAWWA is looking for trainers to perform the Water Loss Audit training.   Trainers are needed to perform multiple full-day training sessions at various locations throughout the northern part of the state (north of Kankakee).  ISAWWA will be providing approximately 20 training sessions between October, 2014 and February, 2015.

To keep the message consistent, trainers will be required to attend a train-the-trainer session on either Monday, September 8, 2014 at the IEPA Offices in Springfield or on Monday, September 22, 2014 at the Arlington Height Public Works Facility,  222 N. Ridge, Arlington Heights, IL, from approximately 8 am to 3:30 pm.

Please complete all of the fields below if you are interested in performing the training.  This is a volunteer opportunity, trainers will not be paid for their time or reimbursed for their expenses.
