Summary: Customers play a vital role in the success of every organization. It is important for every employee to develop a customer-oriented focus and to always provide excellent customer service. This webinar aims to teach employees at all levels of experience ways to improve the service they provide to customers and to develop a customer-oriented focus.



Presenter: Randi Haley, Utility Billing & Customer Service Manager, City of Moline.   
Mrs. Haley has been employed with the City of Moline since 2011 and is responsible for all aspects of utility billing and metering operations for over 17,000 water customers. She is also responsible for the City’s Cross Connection Control Program and the water distribution system’s geographic information system (GIS). Previously, Mrs. Haley held the positions of Utility Billing Specialist and Accounts Payable Technician with the City of Moline. Mrs. Haley also worked for Triumph Community Bank as an Internal Auditor prior to her employment with the City of Moline. Education: Mrs. Haley has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Accounting from Augustana College. She also has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Western Illinois University and is certified as a Class C Water Operator. Professional Affiliations: Mrs. Haley is a member of the American Water
