Leading organizations realize one key truth - employees are their greatest asset! In September, learn about Illinois American Water's award winning brand ambassador program. Employees work together within this diverse team to influence others through positive communication, education and outreach.

Part 2 Data and Analytics - Hearing the Voice of the Customer through Research

As the old saying goes, the customer is always right.  But would you say the same about your customer research program?  During this informative session, Season Holland, American Water’s Customer Data and Analytics Manager, will share insights and examples of how to design and implement customer-facing research to fit your company’s needs.

Whether fielding customer surveys and crunching numbers is your thing or you simply want to better incorporate customer feedback into your day job, this webinar will leave you with a deeper understanding of how well-designed research can support corporate goals.  Topics covered in this presentation include:

·        Goal Setting – translating corporate goals into research goals

·        Research Design – considerations when choosing survey methodologies

·        Reporting – how to get your customers’ message across to key stakeholders

·        Data Integration – bringing customer sentiment and operational data together to drive improvement

Presenter: Season Holland: Season has over 15 years of experience in market research, marketing, and marketing/sales operations.  She joined the customer experience team at American Water less than two years ago with the focus of delivering customer insights into all levels of the company – from the C-suite to field service representatives.  Prior to her current role, Season spent five years overseeing all aspects of marketing and sales operations for a technology company preceded by over 10 years as a market research consultant to the healthcare industry.  Season is a graduate of Drew University in Madison, NJ and enjoys podcasts, live music and board games in her free time.
