Webinar participants will learn how to use detention times, mixing energies, and Surface Overflow Rates as well as how to make stock solutions of coagulant and chorine and other treatment chemicals.

Jar Test theory will be shown, and some time-tested shortcuts will be made available that make the testing more operator friendly. Finally, a discussion concerning the determination of the Enhanced Coagulation End-Point as required by the D/DPR will be given
