Summary:  Recognizing the correlation between Physical and Mental Health in the Public Works field is key to a safe work environment for your employees. This webinar will discuss the effects of stress of working long hours on your physical and mental condition as well as how good ergonomics can play a role in reducing these types of stressors.

Todd Schaefer, Project Manager – Dixon Engineering

Todd has worked in the water industry since 1999. Todd started with Dixon Engineering in April of 2019. Todd has been a member of the IL-Section AWWA since 2004 and has participated on various committees including the Young professionals, Water for People & MAC committees serving as MAC Chair from 2016-2017. Todd currently chairs the meter madness competition held down at WaterCon every Spring. He also served on the Board of Directors for the North Suburban Water Works Association from 2011-2013. He has given many classes on water loss and distribution system maintenance for IL & WI AWWA, IL & WI Rural Water and many local operator groups.
