    • What is the vision? - John Van Arsdel & Kyla Jacobsen
      • Offer training to the membership. The participation in ISAWWA in itself is leadership training; we should include and promote courses that issue certification. Areas of interest:
        • Project mgmt.
        • Leadership development
        • How to give a presentation at our conference
        • How the AWWA organization functions
        • Spring boarding new members into active members
        • Growing people for succession planning
      • This could be broken up into different segments
      • Will need to make the content useable for various instructors
