 In addition to soup/salad, please let us know your choice of entree :
 Cedar Plank Salmon - Marinated in a bourbon sauce, then cooked over open flames on a cedar plant, for a light, smokey flavor
 Top Sirloin & Fried Shrimp - 8 oz top sirloin charbroiled over open flames, and served with 4 fried shrimp.
 Lobster Ravioli - Ravioli shells stuffed with minced shrimp, scallops and lobsters, smothered in a creamy alfredo sauce and topped with shrimp scampi.
 Chicken Teriyaki - A Cheasapeake specialty, an excellent dish featuring tender chicken breast marinated and charbroiled over open flames.
 Yes, there will be dessert - but we're not telling what it is!
