We are working with this new aeration technology to solve some issues with existing aerating methods.

We were able to cut 70% of energy cost in a 90k Gallon Aerobic digester in Florida, and the results were_
Before: 50HP blower(Sludge disposal 3-4 times per year)
After: 15HP centrifugal pump (NO disposal for over 3 years)

The only method that gains efficiency is the deeper the water column, while others are the opposite.
Using depth for gaining a higher SOTE of 2.72% per foot.
- Recirculating whole water within the tank, no need for extra mixing equipment.
- Eliminating issues like_ blower heating, and diffuser clogging, and Reducing Solids Hauling expense.

Would love to get your feedback and comments... Thanks in Advance )
