New this year........We have several items this year that are new and you may want to consider.   This is one of several bulletins for maximizing your Exhibitor investment this year at WATERCON.  These emails will be archived on the website for your referral.

The Exhibit Hall Grand Opening will take place at 1pm on Monday, March 18th.  This is a day earlier than prior years to accommodate the increased attendance at WATERCON.  We are hoping that this will give you more quality time with prospects.  In addition to the procession of the Grand Opening at 1pm, there will be dedicated exhibit hours from 1-2pm with no technical sessions.  

During the exhibit hours on Monday, we encourage you to order some snacks to be delivered to  your booth at your specified time from the Crowne Plaza.  See the order form below.  

Additionally, we will have an artist displaying fabric arts related to water and wastewater and unique photo opportunities.  Join in the fun,  bring your own "artist mustache or beret" and have a great time at the "Festival of Exhibits".   For more information on the artist, please refer to her website.


INVITATION ONLY EXHIBIT HOURS.  On Tuesday morning from 8am to 9am, you can invite special customers to go into the exhibit hall with you for that one hour. You will be responsible for meeting up with them outside of the exhibit hall, showing your badge and their registration badge at the exhibit hall door.   Lastly, you are responsible for insuring that they leave the exhibit hall and do not visit any additional booths other than yours.

CAREER FAIR - A career fair has been added this year.  If you are an exhibitor, you can have a table at no extra cost.  Please complete this form to reserve your career fair table.   Please send this link to those you would like to invite to register for just the the Career Fair. 

LOGO HUNT - We are changing the logo hunt slightly this year.  We will be collecting the first 75 logos that we can alter for the logo hunt.  In addition to identifying your logo the participant has to get a label that we will provide to you that contains your complete logo in order to verify that they have stopped at your booth.  To submit your logo, email your logo to  For more information on the logo hunt - click here

Exhibits open on Wednesday morning at 8am and will stay open until noon.   There will be a scavenger hunt in the exhibit hall for the Young Professionals from 11am to noon.  Prizes will be awarded for the winning Logo Hunt Contest and the final bidding will take place for the Water for People Silent Auction.

Please do not break down early.  If you have an emergency, contact Terry Locke  at the Flolo booth (1011/1012) or Laurie Dougherty at the Registration desk and arrangements can be made to accommodate you.

All orders to be confirmed to the Crowne Plaza before March 12th.
Platters are $100 each and serve approximately 35 people. Service charge of 21% and tax will be added. All bills to be paid directly to the Crowne Plaza.
