Frequently Asked Questions

Registration Questions....

Can I substitute someone if I cannot attend?

Yes, there are two ways to do that.
1. Let us know in advance and we will cancel your registration and transfer it to the new person.
2. Have the new person bring your registration form to the conference and we will make a new registration for them.

If I register for full conference can I use one day and someone else use another day from my utility?

No.  The registrations are all individual and if two people want to attend, there should be two separate registrations.

What is the cancellation policy?

ISAWWA must recieve cancellations in writing. Phone cancellations are not accepted. All cancellations dated by 02/21/20 will receive a refund, minus a 25% administrative fee. Beginning 02/22/2020, cancellations will not be refunded; however, substitute registrants are welcome. Email requests for substitutions or cancellations to andrea@isawwa.org or fax requests to 866-521-3591.

The Crowne and Holiday Inn are usually sold out hotels.  However, many people book additional rooms and drop them at a later date; so keep checking back to see what opens up.

Here is a link to other hotels that are nearby.
