Join us for WATERCON 2026, where the water and wastewater community celebrates the power of innovation, purpose, collaboration and momentum. This year’s theme – WAVE: Find Your Place in Water! – invites you to discover how you can make meaningful contributions to the future of water.
Whether you are a Water Advancer, expanding technology, operations and policy, a Water Volunteer, giving back and supporting the industry or a Water Educator, sharing knowledge and inspiring action, there’s a place for you to make WAVEs. WATERCON 2026 is your opportunity to connect, engage, contribute and learn!
WAVE – Find Your Place in Water!
Be a Water:
We are looking for speakers to provide us with a total look at our industry! We want a variety of drinking water, waste water, total water, leadership, public perception, small systems, operator focused and more sessions.
The majority of sessions are 30 minutes, but 45 and 60 minute sessions are acceptable.
A Leadership Lounge will feature professional development opportunities. Be creative and consider submitting an engaging session! All speakers and panelists must be identified to be considered.
NEW in 2025: Vendor Stage. All WATERCON exhibitors are encouraged to submit a session for consideration on the vendor stage. The stage is within the Exhibit Hall.
A team of evaluators will blindly review your session submittal and score it against the following criteria:
Value, familiarity with the topic, and difference from previously presented topics.
A Vendor Stage will be positioned on the showroom floor and vendors will be required to submit abstracts for CEU credits. This opportunity will give vendors a chance to showcase their products/services in a unique way. Each presentation will be 30 minutes and MUST submit an abstract during the September 1- October 15 deadline.
Participants at WATERCON are especially interested in case studies, utility presentations, panel discussions, hands-on workshops and operator study workshops. Submissions that appear to be commercial may be rejected.
