Please plan to join us for Visitation Day 2016, as Moline celebrates 100 years of AWWA membershipand the recent completion of its UV disinfection project. This interesting and proactive improvement project earned the Water Resources Honor Award in the Illinois ACEC 2016 Engineering Excellence Award competition and a National Recognition Award in the national 2016 ACEC Engineering Excellence Award competition. Attendees will enjoy touring this depression era surface water treatment plant and learning how it has been updated to meet current standards.
