From cultivating their leadership presence to focusing in on conflict resolution and managing a dynamic workforce, the Illinois Section American Water Works Association is offering their members this virtual leadership series to develop key essential skills. Description: This workshop addresses the challenges of dealing with negativity in the workplace and provides practical strategies for transforming negative attitudes into positive, productive behaviors. Participants will learn how to identify sources of negativity, implement techniques to foster a positive work environment, and develop skills to manage and mitigate negative behaviors. Learning Objectives: 1. Identify: understanding common sources of negativity in the workplace and their impact on team dynamics. 2. Implement: Leverage proven strategies to foster a positive and inclusive work environment. 3. Develop: skills to manage and mitigate negative behaviors, promoting a culture of positivity and productivity.
