The Leadership Pipeline Summit is open to all ISAWWA members who want to advance their leadership skills and foster a culture of continuous improvement in leadership effectiveness. The Summit will feature skills sessions for three stages of career development. Early – designed for our early careerists and new to management responsibilities. Developmental – created for members who are in the early stages of their management career (less than 10 years) and are ready to enhance their leadership skills. Advanced – tailored to experienced managers looking to level up their skills. Each member will participate in unique sessions designed for their success based on their career stage. Leadership development, constructive conflict resolution, ethical leadership, team motivation and management strategies will be included in the Summit. All new attendees will participate in Insights Discovery, an assessment tool that identifies personal strengths and addresses weaknesses, so that individuals and teams perform at their highest level. This assessment provides each individual their own report that focuses on the value they bring to a team, communication preferences, management styles, motivation techniques and awareness on how to improve their relationships and performance. This two-day conference will host ISAWWA members from a variety of career backgrounds – water and wastewater operators, public works, engineering firms, academia, and entrepreneurs.
