May 14th, 2025 - U.S. EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin announced the agency will keep the current National Primary Drinking Water Regulations for perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) and perfluorooctane sulfonic acid (PFOS), which set nationwide limits in drinking water.
