The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency is pleased to announce the launch of a new grant program focused on Emerging Contaminants for Small or Disadvantaged Communities (SDC). This initiative aims to support eligible communities in addressing critical water quality challenges through targeted funding and technical assistance. The projects must be on the Agency’s FY25 or FY26 Intended Funding List (attached) to be eligible.
