WASHINGTON – U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced the next step in the agency’s accelerated review of public health risks from fluoride in drinking water: the agency’s release of the “Review of Science on Fluoride in Drinking Water: Preliminary Assessment Plan and Literature Survey.”
As a retired water operator, I feel ashame that after keeping and meeting the EPA fluoride standards for 30 years. Now we are being told that as operators, fluoride is bad ! Operators take our job very seriously and public health is the most important part of an operators job. I hope that by my meeting the EPA standards, that I did not harm anyone's long term health. Hopefully, this is just BS from the current administration!
