Due to recent rail-incidents involving snow removal equipment, the Illinois Commerce Commission’s Rail Safety Section has drafted a safety notice for all public works agencies across the state. Their goal is to help ensure the safety of all agencies and personnel working near rail crossings and active rail lines.
