Who We Are

The Communications and Recognition Committee is a creative and collaborative team of ISAWWA members who believe in the power of communication and appreciation. Committee members include utility professionals, communications staff, engineers, operators, writers, marketers, and industry partners—working together to showcase the people and work behind safe, reliable total water services across Illinois.

WHAT WE DO

This committee develops and supports communication and recognition efforts that connect members to the association and highlight the value of ISAWWA. Our work will celebrate our industry through publications, website content, social media campaigns, awards and member appreciation initiatives. Our deliverables will show appreciation for our members, share messages that elevate our industry, and celebrate excellence, innovation and service across Illinois.

The water industry is essential—and the people who make it work deserve recognition and support. By sharing stories, celebrating achievements, and communicating member value, we help strengthen professional pride, attract and retain talent, and build a more connected and engaged ISAWWA community.
