IPSI - Illinois Public Service Institute

IPSI is a three-year training program which provides instruction expressly designed for public service professionals. The course is divided into three one-week sessions (one week each year) focusing on training in public service, personal growth and professional development.

The Illinois Section of the American Water Works Association is a sponsor IPSI. If you would like to be considered for a scholarship, please fill out the form below and you will be contacted for further information and advised what scholarships are available.
