In the industry, we know how hard our municipalities and water providers work to provide us with safe water. But how well does the public understand? Join the ISAWWA Water Ambassador Program today and help spread the word about the value of
water!
The ISAWWA Water Ambassador Program was created to elevate public perception, knowledge, and consumer education of the water industry. The program aims to accomplish these goals by presenting a new communication platform of educational
and promotional content in a manner that is relevant, engaging, and consistent among participants.
For questions and more information, please contact Annie Storey, Executive Director, by email or call 866-521-3595 ext.1.

Participating members can access water education tools as well as content from the ISAWWA website and then communicate to their community through social media, website postings, bill inserts, newsletters, tours, community events, schools,
etc.
There are three levels of completion standards (Bronze, Silver, or Gold). Each is determined based on the frequency and method of communication.
Communities that complete the Water Ambassador Program each year, receive a “Water Ambassador” street sign that can be posted at the entrance to their community and a certificate to be displayed in the community's governing office
location.
