Mission Monday is the Illinois Section’s new webinar series designed with our mission in mind:  providing resources for the advocacy of safe and sustainable water through enriching membership, mentoring, and increasing public awareness. SUMMARY: The rising cost of water in recent years, has become a greater challenge for our customers to manage. Water utilities are seeing an uptick in late payments and the number of customer water shut offs as water becomes less affordable. This webinar will discuss how some communities are combating the issue of water affordability and how your community might implement a customer assistance program.
