SCADA 202 - PLCs, Controllers and I/O

Wastewater Training Classification: Instrumentation IEPA#: Pending
TOPIC: This course will cover Programmable Logic Controllers, Programmable Automation Controllers, Single Loop Controllers and the associated input/output methods/cards. We will discuss 4-20mA signals and the communication busses that can be used to communicate information from the field devices to/from the controllers. We will also cover programming languages and best practices for keeping track of controller configuration and programs.

REGISTRATION & HOURS: Registration begins at 7:30am. The training will start at 8:00am and will conclude by 12:00pm. Earn up to 4 Professional Development Hours (PDH's) for engineers or Renewal Training Credit (RTC) hours for water operators. Continental breakfast will be included.
