Summary: Join us for an insightful seminar and guided tour of Buffalo Groves facilities, where we’ll explore the evolving dynamics of communication across generations in the workplace. This event will feature engaging conversations on how technology influences generational interactions and offer practical strategies to bridge communication gaps. Whether you're managing a diverse team or collaborating across age groups, you'll gain valuable tools to foster understanding and improve engagement. REGISTRATION & HOURS: Registration begins at 8:45 am. The seminar will start at 9:00am and will conclude by 12:00pm. Earn up to 3 Professional Development Hours (PDH's) for engineers or Renewal Training Credit (RTC) hours for water operators.
