TOPIC:  This class will cover the basics of sanitary lift station and water booster pump station design and construction observation. The class will present a basic understanding of pump and system hydraulics, SCADA, technical requirements, and considerations for designing and constructing sanitary lift stations and water booster pump stations,  logistics and real case examples for their design and construction. The logistics of permitting and developing constructable plan sets will be discussed and issued for construction plan sets will be reviewed. Trouble shooting of performance issues at existing stations and new station start-up checks and performance will be discussed.   The class will be presented by engineers and construction personnel with practical experience.
