Wastewater Laboratory Skills for Treatment Plant Operators IEPA#22693
CEU TYPE: Wastewater Technical (WWT) Wastewater Training Classification: Laboratory IEPA#:22693
TOPIC: This workshop will focus on the laboratory testing methods most commonly used by wastewater treatment plant operators such as solids, BOD, pH, ammonia, fecal coliform, and residual chlorine. There will also be sections covering sample collection and quality assurance. Each section will start with a presentation discussing a laboratory testing method and the steps involved with performing it, then there will be a hands-on portion to actually perform the steps of the method. Every participant will receive a printed handbook to follow along in during the workshop and to take home with them. The instructors for the workshop are wastewater laboratory professionals with decades of combined wastewater laboratory experience.
