WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM O&M FOR CLASS C/D 4-NIGHT COURSE WEDNESDAY NIGHTS - February 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th CEU TYPE: Technical Water Training Classification: Operator Certification IEPA#: 23006
TOPIC: This 4-night Course provides training to utility personnel who want to learn basic operations of Class C & D water systems. We will cover laboratory testing, IEPA rules regulations, chemical treatment, water storage, water distribution, chlorination, fluoridation, wells and pumps, operational reports and finally MATH. 1) Water Storage, Water Distribution, Class *D* Math and Pumps and Hydraulics; 2) Water Sampling, EPA Rules and Regulations and Chlorination; 3) Fluoridation and Class *C* Math and Final Questions. CHECK-IN & HOURS: Check-in begins at 4:45 pm. The training will start at 5:00pm and will conclude by 8:00pm each day. Earn up to 12 Professional Development Hours (PDH's) for engineers or Renewal Training Credit (RTC) hours for water operators. COST:
