3/16 Mission Monday: CCR Done Right - Clarity, Compliance, Confidence (Webinar)IEPA#23091

Welcome to Mission Monday! Mission Monday is the Illinois Section’s new webinar series designed with our mission in mind:  providing resources for the advocacy of safe and sustainable water through enriching membership, mentoring, and increasing public awareness. The education that you receive from this series is focused on the topics that you need to continue to supply safe and sustainable water to all of Illinois.  Once a month we’re bringing education to you on the topics you need the most. This series is free for our members and $25 for non-members. Not a member? Join today at AWWA –  www.awwa.org/join.

CEU TYPE: Drinking Water Technical (DWT)
WEBINAR TYPE: Technical

SUMMARY: Consumer Confidence Reports (CCRs) are more than just an annual requirement—they’re one of the most visible ways customers judge their water system. This training will walk through what CCRs are, what the regulations require, and how to create a clear and compliant CCR using real-world steps. Topics include what data to gather, how to build the contaminant table correctly, what required statements must be included, and how to deliver the CCR while keeping proof for inspections. We’ll also cover best practices for making CCRs easier to read and understand, plus common violations systems receive for missing deadlines or leaving out required information and when CCRs can and cannot be used to notify customers of a previous violation.
