Call for Internship Host Sites - Waubonsee Community College Water/Wastewater Technology Students

We’re inviting our member organizations to become internship hosts for our student members at Waubonsee Community College’s Water/Wastewater Technology Program!

Why host an intern?

• Gain fresh perspectives from motivated students
• Support workforce development in the total water industry
• Build lasting connections with emerging industry leaders

Internship details:

• Duration: 8 weeks, between March 23 - May 15, 2026
• Time Commitment: 35-40 hours total, with some hours completed on-site and the remainder on written reflection assignments
• Compensation: Paid or unpaid opportunities
