Who We AreThe Water Distribution Committee is about all things water distribution. We provide information related to the design, construction, maintenance, safety, and operation of water distribution systems and strive to improve the capabilities and professionalism of personnel in our field. The WDC's mission is to encourage members of ISAWWA to engage with the concept of total water while putting an emphasis on the development of resources specific to water distribution. WHAT WE DOOur committee provides information related to the construction, maintenance, safety, and operation of water distribution systems and strives to improve the capabilities and professionalism of personnel in our field. We do this by offering additional training through monthly webinars focused on water distribution education, and by hosting ISAWWA's annual Water Distribution Conference. WHy we do itOur goals consist of holding a successful Water Distribution Conference, provide additional training with monthly webinars focused on education for distribution workers, increase active committee member participation, and form strong relationships with other groups and associations. We strive to make this committee a place our members can use to launch their careers to the next level. All members are encouraged to contribute their own innovative ideas and help our committee. meeting informationVirtual Meetings are held on the third Tuesday of every month at 9 AM. There are two in-person meetings held to plan the event schedule for the annual ISAWWA Water Distribution Conference.
