SUMMARY: This webinar will focus on the five years of successful treatment and lessons learned from the installation and operation of the world's first regenerable resin system for PFAS removal. The United States Air Force Civil Engineering Center (AFCEC) is conducting on-going response activities to remove and remediate groundwater impacted by poly- and perfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) at the former Pease Air Force Base in New Hampshire. The system is currently operating at concentration factors of greater than a million to one, meaning for every million gallons of 60 ug/l PFAS impacted water treated, less than a gallon of waste is generated.
