SUMMARY: January 2026 will see two new requirements in the JULIE law. Are you ready?
All new laterals that enter a public right-of-way or utility easement are required to be locatable. We will discuss methods and opportunities to address this requirement. This session will also go over the Positive Response requirements and how verifying your data on the One-Call system can reduce time and energy needed to meet this requirement.
