CCCDI Tester qualified to test in Illinois?
I
was wondering if a current CCCDI tester with Indiana would be able to perform
backflow inspections in Illinois? He is not a licensed plumber so he would not
be installing or removing any devices just testing them. If he is not able to
perform work in Illinois, can you guide me on what he would need to do in order
to do work in Illinois?
